I have tried it ,it does work,but it is very limited calories you can eat,and you have to be very strict,and the weight will come back. I would try the Blood type eating its more of a lifestyle change in the way you eat and corresponds with your blood type, and you will definitely feel better,I have tried and its been very effective,not only for myself but other people I know. All I have heard is that while you may lose well while on it and eating very limited calories, like other very low calorie diets, once you begin eating normally again the regain is pretty quick, probably because you have messed up your metabolism with the low calories. Better to look at what you are doing that is causing the weight gain and correct those habits. You still have your tool to help you eat less so don't give up.
