I have been know to get on the scale many times a day, I can drive myself crazy with the scale.  I know you should only weigh in once a week.    I am sure others have this same issue.  At one point I put my scale in the trunk of my car that way I didn't step on it.

How often do you weigh in?  Do you have a safe spot for your scale that is out of sight??

Definitely a Foe today    I do weigh myself like every other day, sometimes every day.... But I only record the weigh-in on Mondays (cuz I know it fluctuates all week long)

I know I weigh myself too often (once at night and once in the morning). I've tried putting it out of sight, but that doesn't work. LOL

But I only record my weight once a week.

Early out in my losing stage I weighed once a week so I wouldn't go nuts. That was my first year.

Now in maintenance I weigh daily to monitor and adjust for the day if I need to. I hate hate hate the losing on my own part that I would have to do now, so I find it easier to weigh day by day.

I weigh once a day in the morning. For me that is the most accurate reading. I only log my Sunday weight for progress indication.

When I was in my honeymoon phase it was only once a week.

In maintenance (and after some regain) it's every day.  But I only record once per week so I can track trends.

I weigh a couple times a week, especially if my clothes feel a bit snug.  Usually, any gain ends up being the result of salty foods.  My weight has been fairly steady for four years now.

Getting on the scale several times a day is obsessive, unhealthy behavior.  What are you expecting to learn from the information you're gathering by doing this?  You might want to put the scale away for a while until you can interact with it on a healthier level.

I got rid of my scale at home. I weigh myself at the YMCA. When I go to my water class.

I weigh basically daily, maybe skip a day here and there (except when on vacation I don't bring a scale anywhere with me). The number doesn't affect how I feel I use it as a tool in my arsenal of maintaining.

I do recommend those that stress about the scale number not weigh but once a month. Some people never weigh that wouldn't work for me. Never weighing got me to WLS.

I weigh myself every morning. Being afraid of the scale is what lead me to WLS as Cajun girl said. The morning I don't want to get on the scale will be a major alarm bell for me that I am off plan and need to regroup ASAP
