Thanks Gwen! Been thinking hard about switching my iron to a patch; I sure did not know this, so appreciate the information. I have bloodwork coming up in a couple of months, then my annual review with my surgeon when I get the results. I think I will start the patch then, so I have an updated baseline when I recheck in a year.
