well im a wk away from surgery, started my pre op diet today...not too bad impact shakes are discusting tho. had an instruction session with the nurse, very informative. cnt believe its almost here. nerves have calmed some...hope that keeps up.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
