Thursday workout
This morning I was up about two hours after the crack of dawn to do a "speed"workout.
My goal was a mile times six at 8:30 pace.
.6 warm up

8:32
8:27
8:27
8:17
.4 cool down with .15 recovery walks
7.75 total.

I did a crappy 27 min run this morning. Did not get enough sleep last night and I had a late start. I walked during a few of my running intervals. Surprisingly enough, I averaged a 13 min mile! I coughed alot during the run (a had a puff of asthma inhaler before the run). I may have to call my dr. to see what about the coughing.
Without struggle, there is no progress.
