over a longer period of time, you will probably start to feel tired and run down. You ned to make sure your body has enough food for the fuel it needs.
There is nothing wrong with having a good workout like you did. See how your body reacts to it. You won't starve to death in a day, and you won't drop tons of weight either, but you can feel tired, some people get dizzy or light headed etc.
Just take it slow and take care of yourself.
