Monday Workouts!

Just got back from 3.3.  The temp was perfect for me at about 43.  Legs were a bit tight after a good workout yesterday.

I have about 1.5 hours planned for lap swimming tonight.
We will see how much I can get in.  It's supposed to be 2600 yards, but the only thing I do slower than run is swim, so......
We will see.

Upper body weights and abs.  I usually do Abs on my lower day, but this guy was hogging the AB machine for over 20 minutes on Friday.

35 minutes on the elliptical this morning and then 1 hour with my personal trainer tonite and she always kicks my butt!

****Got pregnant in May 2011 but lost the baby in August 2011...Gained some weight so trying to get back on track...I hate PCOS.

One hour intense spin class.  New "crazed" instructor...  She kicked butt. 
And then after 6-years of steady attendance I cancelled my membership at my gym.  It has been my castle for so many years.  A lot of good memories and friends, but the commute (over 45-minutes) just keeps getting longer with traffic.  I figure I can spend the extra time at one of my local gyms, and save some mioney that I can use to register for more events in 2010.  Here's hoping the spinning classes are comprable at the new place.

I was supposed to be off today so I took my chubby chocolate lab for a 1 mile run.  Gotta get that boy in shape!

38 minutes of weights (chest/tri), 35 minutes on the stairmaster (162 floors), and then 65 minute spin on the stationary bike (25 miles).
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??
