1st Treadmill Workout in 2 years
I just got off my treadmill for the first time in almost two years. How do I know this? Because I made a spreadsheet four years ago when I bought it and used it to track my workouts. My last workout was January 30th, 2008. How did I do? Not so good. I managed a little over 10 minutes including a two minute warmup and cooldown. I didn't make a half mile, but it is a good start, I worked up a little sweat, and my legs and stomach are tight.
Tomorrow is another day. My goal is to surpass my all-time high of 31 minutes with almost 1 1/2 miles. So that is my new goal.
