Wednesday workouts

Started with 5.5 miles on the treadmill this morning.
Will do 2 miles at lunch today,
Tonight is 2500 yards of swimming.

I'll sleep well tonight.  This exercise thing is cutting into my video game time

Hi! Im new to the exercise board...but ive been "lurking" for a few days.  Thought Id say hey and introduce myself! :) My 1 yr surgiversary is tomorrow! I have 3-5lbs to go to get to my goal, and i keep gaining and losing the same 3 lbs.  I have upped my exercise in hopes to finally say good ridens to those last few pesky pounds!

Today i did 3.28 miles on the treadmill, jogged 30 min, of which i did 10 strait in a row (Ive never done that before! i usually do 5 walking, 5 jogging ect...) 30 min brisk walking! I feel AWESOME!!! :)

Congrats on being so close to your goal.  Great job on the jogging as well.

I did 2 miles on the elliptical in 21 minutes. I hate the elliptical, but the edema in my legs is too bad to run today.

Will be going to yoga class later.

P90X Core Synergistics this morning.  Going to do some stair work tonight.  I'm taking the day off from my 40lb weighted run...felt pretty bad last night and think I've just been overdoing it with the exercise at this stage.

LOL...I don't know about an Animal!  I'm just training for the Candidate Physical Ability Test for Charlotte Fire Department!   You do the test wearing a 50 lb vest.  The first part of it is 3 minutes on a stair climber (escalator style) wearing the 50 lb vest and 25 extra lbs on your shoulders.  Thats why I'm doing the stair work!  Trying to be prepared!

 Hey that's still impressive.  I was thinking about training a bit like I did in the army doing a ruck march for 20 miles or so with 80 pounds on your back... thing is I still remember how much that sucked and back then I was 20 and in good shape!

That would be awesome though!  You can do it!  When it hurts remember the boot camp days...suck it up and drive on!
