Wednesday workouts
Hi! Im new to the exercise board...but ive been "lurking" for a few days. Thought Id say hey and introduce myself! :) My 1 yr surgiversary is tomorrow! I have 3-5lbs to go to get to my goal, and i keep gaining and losing the same 3 lbs. I have upped my exercise in hopes to finally say good ridens to those last few pesky pounds!
Today i did 3.28 miles on the treadmill, jogged 30 min, of which i did 10 strait in a row (Ive never done that before! i usually do 5 walking, 5 jogging ect...) 30 min brisk walking! I feel AWESOME!!! :)
