Just back from the gym.  I did my 1.5 warm up and started 1/4 repeats.  During the 4th the belt started slipping so I hopped to the next mill and the same thing happened.  I just kind of gave up after the third TM.  -  20 floors on the stair stepper.  trying to ease back into that.  Then I did hamstring curls and leg extensions to finish up.   3 miles total

I too have been "lurking" the last couple of days.  I have enjoyed your posts.  I have been looking for something\someone to keep me accountable with exercising.  I am 6 1/2 months out and have lost 115 pounds.  I still have around 50 to go.  I mostly walk on the treadmill but would love to get into more.  I have joined a new gym and will hopefully get a day with the trainer soon.

Today I done
30 min on tm
30 min on weight machines (lower body)
15 min on stationary bike

I did 15 minutes on the elliptical and 5 minutes to just try out the rowing machine, and then worked back and shoulders, and stretched... supposed to be my semi rest day.

Hi everybody! I did 20 minutes on the bike and about 20-25 minutes on the weight machines today. I increased the weights a little bit on some of them, and I felt it!
