I had Krav Maga class last night. It was 45 minutes long. We did a bunch of ground-fighting defenses and we had to wear our street clothes. It was a lot of fun and I sweated my butt off...wish I could do that literally.

Anyhow, I'm thinking about going jogging/running a couple times per week, I'm getting bored at the gym.

Track workout. 1200 m warm-up, 3x800, 1x500, 1x300 then I had to stop because the calf hurt too much. Also, I might have done 4x800 by accident.
