31 miles on the bike, it was a beautiful day here in GA.... i took a pretty nasty spill @ mile 25 but finished the hilly ride well.  i'll open a separate post to show you the carnage of my crash :)

I had a 13 hour work day today so decided that I would rest. Still feeling the effects of last night's yoga class as well.
