Did a track workout this afternoon with the Tri group from my gym...sprints & jogging - 3 miles total - it was wicked fun! There's a group run scheduled for Saturday morning that I think I'm going to go on as well.

After weeks away, I joined my regular running group tonight for a nice 5.25 mile run.  I was pleased to average a 10:17 pace.  It felt great to be part of the crew again.

Totally tired today. Rough work day yesterday and last night (crisis work with teen on rooftop). So, between no sleep last night, and Freshman night at high school with  my kiddo...ran out of time and steam. Gonna hit the gym in the morning before work!
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Easy 5 K this morning before work with a friend. I needed the run and the opportunity to decompress about work.

3.1 mile run with Fast sprints... quickest I have ever ran. 6:30 sec's on the treatmill for .75 mile. Averaged the run at 9:56 per mile. That was awesome for me. Circuit training tonight and then I work late at the club, they needed a 36 year old bald overweight dancer... has anyone seen my leopard speedo?

LOL whatever!
Got TRI?
