I just finished a challenging run! I actually ran 4 miles but ended up walking 1 mile in the middle due to a never ending gradual hill! It was a new route that I should of tried in reverse, that is what I will do Friday. I also walked a half mile before and after.
What did you do today?

Did my neighborhood 3.24 rolling with steep hill route. PR 9:49! Felt slower, but I think I'm getting quicker on the outbound, and remaining about the same on the return (uphill).

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
