rowed 2285 meters (10 minutes)

1.35 miles on the treadmill in 15 minutes - no joke, it took me a good 5 minutes to get into a rhythm...I can't wait until the fall so I can run outside and be nice and chilly again!! Love running, hate humidity.

10k program on the eliptical/running stride machine in 37 minutes

 5 hours on a plane (including connections), 4 hours of new york traffic trying to get home, 3.1 miles on the treadmill, and a crapload of frustration taken out on my back, biceps and abs.
