I've been on vacation for the past week and haven't really done much...a LAME excuse, I know.

Today was a travel day for me, but I walked around the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport for about an hour and hit every set of stairs I could run up and down at Logan Airport.

Tomorrow, I run!

I had a nice 3 mile run this morning with a friend. The weather is just heating up here in the Pacific Northwest, so I will try to run in the mornings as much as I can.

10-mile time trial.  I was grinning ear-to-ear after I carved 2:11 off my last PR.

Average speed 19.6 mph on a hilly course.

WTG Caissie!! Still sticking with my yoga classes. I go for my upper GI endoscopy on Thursday to see what's going on. REALLY want to get back to running. For now I will stick with my yoga: great workout and building core strength while discovering muscles I never knew I had!

Hello SUNSHINE!
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

HARD uphill walk for 1.15 miles on gravel road. Amazingly, coming back down the hill (another 1.15 miles) was just as hard! I'm expecting to be very sore.
