3.5 miles on the high school track today.  First time running on a track since surgery.  aside from running in a circle, I really enjoyed it, easy on the knees and I flew.  Also did pushups ad ab work... Ready to get back home so I can go to the gym and also ride the bike!!!

3-mile run at 5:30 a.m. this morning through soupy humid air

After work, hit the pool for a 2000 yard swim dodging people who were floating in the lap lanes to escape the heat.

1:50 min. bike ride. It was supposed to be shorter but I missed a turn.

I still made good time. I keep up with the rest of the pack for longer. Partly it's because most of them are tapering for Vineman Half next weekend but I also averaged 14.4 mph when I normally do that route closer to 13 mph. Plus I felt GOOD.
