I just got back from an intense yoga class that left me sweating profusely and trembling from fatigue. Great class today for sure!

Went for a quick-paced 3 mile walk this morning. Just didn't have it in me to run. I'll be staying at a hotel tonight, so I'm hoping they have a fitness room. If so, I will run tonight or early in the morning.
