4 Mile Run, 1 hour HARD spin on bike. Averaged 175 Watts and did 24.75 miles in 1 hour... I believe that is a PR for me...

I went on my tri club's Thurs. night ride. I was going to take it easy because I did something to my back but got talked into doing the regular Hill Route. Well, first it made my back feel BETTER and second I actually got to do an Optional Loop for the first time ever. I think next time we do this route, I may do TWO optional loops!
