Thursday workouts
I discovered this forum this morning and I'm so happy I did :) - I've been doing pretty well with my food intake just need to work a harder on my exercise accountability!
My Plan:
Off to Jazzercise this morning for an hour class & if i'm really motivated I may do my 2 mile walk this eve. (need some new music... mine is getting boring)

This cold is still kicking my butt! Hit the coughing phase today.
Biked 14 miles to work and 16 miles home for a total of 30 miles at an average 16 mph.
Plan to get a good night's sleep and start again tomorrow.

45 min weights (chest/tri) including 8 X 40 sets of pushups
60 min spin clsas, aerobic endurance, mostly zones 2 and 3 with about 10 min in zone 4
30 min brick on TM @ 0.5% incline w/ negative splits, 4.01 miles
