Ran 4.7 miles through blac**** snow drifts, and slosh.  I just love these winter runs.

I haven't posted in a while, but still doing what I can. Doing good to get 5 workouts a week. Today was the best run I've had in a while. Did 5 miles (base speed 6.7 on TM) and after the first one, I felt like I could go forever! Love those days since they don't happen all that often. Even did 4 2-minute intervals at 7.3. Good workout!
