sub 30 5k on your first race is sweet!  congrats.  hey i played rugby for years (loose-head prop), i just played in our old boys game for the first time in 11 or 12 years a couple of weeks ago.  man it was sweet now that i can really get around the field!  are you still playing?  congrats!
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

i was loose head prop too!  very cool sport, takes a lot of heart to get "beat-up" and still come back for more.  I havn't played in bit...the team here got in trouble for some dumb college behavior so the games were put on hold.  I look forward to playing now that I can keep up.  I am interested to see if I can still live up to my name "tackling tank" now that I'm 100+ less lol

and thanks!

Amazing! Congratulations on your first 5K and way to set a PR. You look fantastic! What a success. Though I love your rugby photo too. I would never have dreamed of doing anything like that when I was big. What an inspiration.
