30 min. elliptical at 7.7mph w/ hill intervals
3 sets of 30 crunches
1 set 20 and 3 sets of 10 leg lifts

Deadlifts: 5 reps @ 120lbs., 5 reps @ 140lbs., 5 reps at 150lbs, and 5 reps at 160lbs. (New personal best!)

All in all, not a bad day.
