Oh my mercy..... I had a horrible couple of days with bad food choices. Bad food choices = bad fuel for workouts, and my trainer kicked my booty today!

Warm up
- high knees length of gym, butt kicks back 2x  , then burpees until she said stop

Workout (stations - 15 reps, 2 rounds, then row)

65lb thrusters
65lb straightleg deadlifts
500m row
burpee broadjumps
jump pullups with a hang
500m row
decline situps with 12lb med ball
back extensions
500m row

Then 30 min extreme cycle class, then 1/2 mile jog with dog I am "baby sitting"
