My first triathlon... not meant to be...
My triathlon that was rescheduled for this weekend has been cancelled. They have given all of us a discount code for next years triathlon.

I am registered for one in July, but I would like to do a smaller one before that one to get comfortable with transitions. I guess I need to look up races for June and try to register for another one. It really needs to stop raining in TX!!

I'm so bummed for you!!! Are you looking for OWS or pool tris? I know Nation's Tri has been messed around with by mother nature.... mainly b/c when it rains, they cancel the swim portion due to sewage in the Potomac.... ew!

OWS or pool doesn't matter to me. I relayed a couple of tri's last year as the swimmer in open water. This one was a pool swim, but it was cancelled due to thunderstorms the first time... and then because of flooding in the surrounding area and hazardous travel conditions the 2nd time. :(
The one I am signed up for in July is an OWS. That is really gross about the sewage..
