Last week 192.6

This week 191.6

Haven't been eating all that well the last couple weeks but have been getting plenty of steps. Last week at work was kind of a mess. They changed the software we use for managing inventory and doing invoices and it's had the warehouse tied up in knots so I've been doing some extra work helping to get my trucks loaded and out the door.

I think that Friday night High School football is the best entertainment value in the country.

215.8 Last Week
213.7 Today

I'm happy about the drop in weight. Just have to keep it up. I'm adjusting a few things in my diet and supplements that I added on top of my vitamins and calcium. Yard work at minimal, as the grass ain't growing much, but leaves are starting to drop from the oak trees. Started touching up peeling paint on the house. It turning out to be a whole lot more than a few spots. Probably a new paint job next summer. Man I hate scraping and painting.

Now for sports talk. Most of you know I'm not too well versed in it. But, I have been into the our high school games. Most Fridays in the fall my wife and I get out to the game (our daughter is in the Marching Band). I have to admit we both now watch the game with enthusiasm. Friday - Pirates (our team) 33 - Blue Devils 22.

Good week to all

Last week: 187.8

This week: 188.8

Guilty. Too much road kill this week. Was at in-service for two days this week so instead of normal protein bar lunch was Sonic cheese sticks and local cheap eats Tex-Mex tostada/chalupa. Not enough exercise and skipped yard work since not enough rain to make it grow tall enough to justify cranking up a mower. Good though since was able to chip down on "honey-do's" getting house ready for guest. Other than mom, brother and the Orkin man - never have company!

Jim - going to have to scratch meeting in Waco. Calender is just too full. Sorry.

Have a Great Week, Gents!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Topic: Hello...Long long time!!

Sorry guys...I didn't post for awhile. Then changed my browser to Firefox...OH lost my info. But I am back. The other day I weighed 204. I had posted pictures for all 13 years on OH at my anniversary date. But OH lost many of the years. Oct 9th 2006 was the date. I'll try and post a new picture for this year. Nothing new my way. I've had numbness in my hands and feet the last few months. Told my doctor...We ran the B-12 test. It was fine. It could be just age. Turned 64 a few weeks ago. Playing with my first grand kid...Second one on the way. 49ers are doing good. Cal continues to break my heart...Always hoping for a Rose Bowl bid before I die!! Later, Brian

Funny!

I weigh myself with my shoes and clothes on. I know most like to weigh themselves with their shoes off and only a towel, underwear or even naked. But I like to think my weight is as people see me, also it helps me when I do go to the Doctors, take my shoes off to be weighed and its a couple lbs lighter than what I think I am.

Great idea with the steps. I am fortunate to be in an office with a 2 floor large Storage warehouse behind me, I'm able to walk around it each day. Around and through the hallways of each floor is around 4,000 steps. So I go once in the morning for 30-35 mins, once in afternoon 30-35 mins, and some days I am able to get in about 15 mins of steps at another storage bldg down the street, so by the time I leave to go home I have my 8,500-10,000 steps at a good pace. Then once I get home I walk the dog about a mile or so (his pace of course) and that is about another 2,000 steps. I'm pretty consistent in doing this keeping track on my phone.

Now I just need to work on journaling the nutritional part. Although I am Intermittent Fasting I don't want to do like some and over eat in that 8 hour window. So I'm back to using MFP. Only been about been a week but a good start. Thanks for the encouragement!

Don, that would be fun - which direction are you in from Waco? I'm flying home out of Houston on Sunday.
