Water, water, water

Hi Everyone -

I'm new here. I'm having trouble drinking enough water. I never was very good at it, but I used to be able to at least chug a pint if I needed to. Now (3 months post VSG) I feel like I'm drinking constantly (obv, I'm not) but I'm lucky if I can get 32 oz down in a day, forget the 64 that I'm supposed to be getting. Any words of wisdom?

Thanks,

Joe

Try different flavors and temperatures of liquids.  Always keep a glass, bottle, whatever, next to you.

Set your phone timer to go off every 30 minutes.

I found a timer widget for my macbook that loops. So now I get a ding every 15 minutes.
