VSG - Regain

I had VSG in 2011 and achieved my goal weight in 10 months. Soon after reaching goal, my son passed away. I gained about half the weight back. Two years ago, I was able to reach goal again. About a year ago, I began dating. The man was a narcissist. Needless to say, it was very difficult and I gained 65 lbs. I am back on track, keeping my calories 700 or less, protein 60 g, carbs under 20, and exercising. I lost 10 lbs in a week and am now stalled. Some days I go up a few ounces and next day back down. I know all of you must have an opinion about my weight gains, but I'm asking if anyone has gone through this. I'm going to my doctor next week. Are there any tests I can ask for, or is this it for me??

Thanks for any help.

Jenn

If you're religiously tracking everything you eat, it's probably just a stall and will pass. Make sure you're getting at least 64 ounces of liquid a day too.
