Topic: RE: Hard Boiled eggs or egg sald?

I have better luck with egg salad than just plain eggs. I guess because it's more moist? I LOVE egg salad! Eggs are a good source of protein but the previous reply is correct, they can be difficult early on. But like I mentioned, I can handle egg salad much better than a plain ol' egg.

What I do is go to coupon sites like Klip2Save and buy $4 off 4 packs of Premier Protein coupons. It saves me an insane amount of money! Also, if you're insured you can check into InsureNutrition.com. Not all insurances will cover it but it can't hurt to try!

it is a fad, that is all. If it worked the miracles ppl say it did, none of would be sick and/ or needing Wls.

Pit is likely the sugar in the juice that is making you feel energized. Bet the energy doesn't last long, does it?,then you crash.

I get opurity chewables from my nutritionist. They don't seem to upset my stomach as most vitamins do but the taste! Think sweet tarts on steroids

Have you heard about Goji Berry? They say it has been used by Chinese since the ancient times to cure number of skin diseases, poor eye-sight, and improving the immune system. I am planning to buy Goji Berry Juice from an online store. But before that, I need advice from you guys. Is this juice really good for health or is it just like every other juice in the market?

it is just hype. No juice is good for weight loss. Most of it is pure sugar.

way too much sugar. There is more sugar than protein. Always a bad sign.

I eat it every day. I absolutely love it. I usually throw some frozen blueberries with it. I notice if I don't have it each day. I can only eat some types of dairy and it doesn't bother me at all.
