I get opurity chewables from my nutritionist. They don't seem to upset my stomach as most vitamins do but the taste! Think sweet tarts on steroids

Topic: RE: Goji Berry Juice - Anybody?

I think you are right. But whenever I get some reviews from people about its health benefits then I get really confused. I have been drinking Noni Juice for about three weeks. I somewhat feel little energetic. Other than that I don't think I have received any other benefit.

Have you heard about Goji Berry? They say it has been used by Chinese since the ancient times to cure number of skin diseases, poor eye-sight, and improving the immune system. I am planning to buy Goji Berry Juice from an online store. But before that, I need advice from you guys. Is this juice really good for health or is it just like every other juice in the market?

it is just hype. No juice is good for weight loss. Most of it is pure sugar.

I can tell you the lemon and salted caramel flavours are very yummy. But how does it rank nutrition wise? I pre-op but I'm looking for options.

way too much sugar. There is more sugar than protein. Always a bad sign.

I eat it every day. I absolutely love it. I usually throw some frozen blueberries with it. I notice if I don't have it each day. I can only eat some types of dairy and it doesn't bother me at all.

Hi all!

I am waiting to have my surgery, hopefully in May :D

I'm just wondering if anyone has some tips and tricks they'd be able to share on drinking water? I keep a 32 ounce bottle beside me at work all day. Usually, I manage to drink 1.5 to 2 of the bottles of water and I feel like I am ALWAYS sipping on it. When I think that some of you drink 100-150 ounces a day....I am willing to do whatever I have to to keep myself healthy pre and post op, but any tips or tricks would be VERY appreciated :)

The best way to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day is to buy yourself a large, reusable stainless steel water bottle and keep it with you all day. Often we confuse hunger for thirst, so make sure you take sip on your water several times every hour.  :)

I started off by setting an alarm every 15 minutes to remind me to drink.  Now it's just habit.
