Hi all!

I am waiting to have my surgery, hopefully in May :D

I'm just wondering if anyone has some tips and tricks they'd be able to share on drinking water? I keep a 32 ounce bottle beside me at work all day. Usually, I manage to drink 1.5 to 2 of the bottles of water and I feel like I am ALWAYS sipping on it. When I think that some of you drink 100-150 ounces a day....I am willing to do whatever I have to to keep myself healthy pre and post op, but any tips or tricks would be VERY appreciated :)

The best way to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day is to buy yourself a large, reusable stainless steel water bottle and keep it with you all day. Often we confuse hunger for thirst, so make sure you take sip on your water several times every hour.  :)

I started off by setting an alarm every 15 minutes to remind me to drink.  Now it's just habit.

Topic: Goji Berry Juice - Anybody?

Have you heard about Goji Berry? They say it has been used by Chinese since the ancient times to cure number of skin diseases, poor eye-sight, and improving the immune system. I am planning to buy Goji Berry Juice from an online store. But before that, I need advice from you guys. Is this juice really good for health or is it just like every other juice in the market?

I know it's hard, but you just have to continue to follow your plan. I have been hungry since day 1, but taught myself not to act on it. It is the only way you will reach your goal and stay there.

My NUT highly recommends the Triple Zero Green Yogurt from Oikos. She said it has the best overall nutrition profile, plus it has stevia as a sweetener, so it's all natural.
