I too and going thru a bit of a weight gain. any help would be appreciated. I am averaging about 100 on my protein.
Revision??? Any way I can get that plan too? email is [email protected]
Hey all. Thanks for your responses. I switched to having a protein shake for breakfast and it has helped. There are some mornings that I have trouble finishing the whole thing, but I just keep it near me until it's finished.
Thank you all!
I hope you are feeling better. Orange juice is pretty tough on the stomach unless you are adding a lot of water and making it crazy weak. I would try just the protein shakes. GNC has a really good one that is very watery and I could tolerate it better than the ones you blend. Later I did the blended ones. What about just a liquid diet for a bit? Don't listen to the negative people. You will get through this and be fine. Do keep venting.
That sucks for you. I hope it doesn't last too long at those hours. It would be a set up for me to fall into bad habits. It sounds like you have a plan. Go gently and listen to your body. You can get through this and try maybe broth. It helps me. Good luck.
First of all don't freak and don't allow yourself to get on that hamster wheel that only helped to get us fat. You had surgery and I'm not sure how long ago. Gwen is giving you the best advise. I suggest you do overeaters anonymous and for me I love oa online - I'm not a go to meeting sort of person. It is all about the insanity of compulsive overeating. For me getting calm allows me to make better choices. I haven't had the weight gain but have been slow to to get the last ten pounds off. And for me, it is more emotional. I had to give myself permission to lose every darn pound. That's just the way it is for me and now I accept that. Maybe analyze if you felt really comfortable at 125 or if there are some unresolved feelings around that weight. I hope that helps.
I am suposed to start my pureed diet next week, and I am afraid I wont be able to eat. As of now the protein shakes and crystal light and an occasional sugar free pudding is the only thing Im able to put down. Im scared I wont be able to eat anymore.
I also have a shake for breakfast.

It's really personal preference. I prefer unsweetened almond milk.
