Congrats!! Yes you do schedule your appointments after. I think mine were already printed out for me after orientation was over.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Congrat's Brenda!! You are now on your way!! In April whenI had my orientation I did get my next 2-3 appointments handed to me when we were leaving. My best bud is going there too that day but I can't go with her as it's my hubby's b day!! Good luck and you will love the chairs. They are sooo big even with arms!!
