What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

Morning all :)

Well, back to work today.  I took the remainder of last week off after my surgery was cancelled.  I wish I had taken today off too! lol  I've got the Monday blues I think.

RNY 6+ years post-op

B - coffee with milk x 3 (I'm so damned tired), protein shake
S - 2 oz swiss cheese, 4 melba rounds
L - salad with tuna and mayo
S - not sure.
D - Jesse's making dinner, so likely some sort of pasta aka. Kraft dinner. lol

I woke up with the Monday blues too - and I don't even work on Mondays.  Blech.

Almost 15 months post op & maintaining!

B - coffee with milk/sweetener, protein shake
S - home made mini banana muffin 
L - 3 jumbo shrimp, tomatoes & cucumbers from the garden
S - 1 slice rye toast, laughing cow wedge & sugar free strawberry jam
D - BBQ tonight - 3 oz chicken, eggplant & zucchini from the garden

I am below 200 finally. However I could be up tomorrow. My body does like to jump around.

b. protein shake with raspberries and coffee
s. grk yougurt with blueberries
l chicken
s. baby bel
d. chili
s. Maybe nothing
I hate TTC. They are diverting my streetcar these days but this morning they went even further. They diverted down from Queen to Richmond and tried to go back up Church. But a car was illegally parked so the driver could not make the corner. So I ended up walking as fast as possible to work. I needed the walk but I was 20 minutes late which I hate.

My stomach is upset today but I managed to lose 5.1 pounds last week so that is lifting my spirits!  I love weigh in days even when I don't lose!

B - Premier protein shake
L - 2 ounces chicken breast, 15grams of krinos goat feta. 1/4 cup spinach
S - 2 slices turkey, 1 Babybel light
D - 2 ounnces of chicken breast, 4 cucumber rounds, 1/4 cup spinach
S - 1/2 can of tuna, 1 tbs greek yogurt

SURGERY at Toronto Western Hospital - VSG JANUARY 25th, 2012!!

5'9 - HW - 390 SW - 368.8  GW - 150

d - going to fishmonger - some kind of grilled fish and some veg

S - popsicle

NEED groceries.....I just hate an empty fridge

All water and vits - lots of coffee

Couldn't put "Catching Fire", book 2 of the Hunger Games trilogy, down lastnight. I'm paying for it today. *yawn.

Also, ever since this weekend I've been having slight vision problems (problems focusing on objects, blurred tv despite wearing glasses) and every time I stood up this weekend I had to stop as everything was dizzy and blurry.....

B: greek yogurt, bran buds, blueberries, flax, hemp
S: 1/2 protein bar
L: 3oz flank steak, 1/4 cup roasted potatoes, 1/4cup green beans
S: 1 melba toast, 2 LC wedges
D: 1/2 hamburger with 1/4 cup strawberry spinach salad
S: 1 tbsp PB and 1tbsp SF jam
