Saw Dr Reed today. Everything great, no pain, no complications, nearly 50 lbs gone since Optifast. Feeling Fantastic. Should have done this years ago. Guelph clinic rocks

That's amazing!!! I said the same thing but we would not have been ready. Everything happens for a reason and timing is everything. The point is you've done it now and only great things are ahead!!!

Wow! That's great. This Friday it will be 3 weeks post op for me. The last time I weighed 2 weeks post op I was 31 lbs less...24 on Optifast and 7 lbs since the surgery. I'm hoping that I can lose 50 lbs in total (Optifast + weight loss after surgery) before I return to work on July 22. The last time my co-workers saw me I was 290...last Friday I was 259. 19 lbs is a lot of weight loss for in 5 weeks and I don't know what my body is capable of losing just yet....time will tell.
