Good morning! What a beauty looking day. and they have changed the forecast, again, for the weekend so it looks like we'll have a perfect camping weekend. Lots of walks with the dogs and relaxing. We're trying a new campsite this time so hopefully we like it there because it's only an hour away.
QOTD - I like PB and lettuce sandwiches....people usually turn their nose up when I say that
Post Op 3 yrs 1 mos+

Good morning :)
Actually, I'm going back to bed because I didn't sleep last night. Sometimes the dogs just want to snuggle me which is lovely, but makes it hard to get comfortable. Or I get trapped in one spot lol.
Accountability: not great. Sad to say I didn't make my May challenge goal. My goal for June is 3.4 pounds. Got to pull up my socks ;) I did go for a walk yesterday and cut the grass in our backyard. Totally wasn't planning on it, but when the mood strikes... Lol.
QOTD: I just gave the little nugget avocado and banana for breakfast and many people have commented on my PB and carrots combination. What's a weird food or food combo that you like that maybe other people would think is odd?

Hey Gang! Where is everyone? Me included. I went to the gym this morning and did 18kms on the bike because I was at a good part in the movie in the cardio theatre and wanted to stay.
Slow couple of days at work and that makes them super long. supposed to play ball at 9:00 tonight but it's in the City I work in and I don't want to a) stick around for 4-1/2 hours or b) drive back to town (25-30 mins). I told them I wouldn't make it. Besides, we are camping this weekend and need to get the traiiler ready for a quick departure right after work tomorrow.
B - chicken salad (1/2 banana on the way to gym)
S - yogurt/blueberries
L - taco salad

Good luck to you with the SlimTime. I found it tasted better when I added lots of ice. The last couple of days of the two weeks were the toughest for me but I got through it as I'm sure you will too.
I may be a lightweight but was remarkably unhealthy. Sleep apnea, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol and of course obese. I'm off all diabetic meds now and am hoping at my three month checkup to either be off of or at least have my meds reduced for blood pressure and cholesterol.
Best wishes to you in your journey and I hope your diabetes goes into remission too!
Hi - I have looked everywhere I can think of - but can't find how much I paid.
If I do I will reply again - sorry I can't be of more help

Good day everyone! Managed to get my walk in last night before it rained and this year I might even manage to get a tan since I'm outside everyday. Today looks rainy so it might end up being a stationary cycle and resistance band session indoors.
QOTD: Random question today but what are your favorite colours to wear in the summer months? Since I've had to buy quite a few items I'm noticing I must love red and blue. I don't think I own any yellow but I really like it on other people.
B - greek yogurt, blueberries
S - 1/2 protein shake
L - 2 chicken skewers
S - turkey pepperette
