Hello everyone I am a brand new member of this site and could use some help. I started my shakes today and it couldn't have gone worse. It was just as bad as the drink you take for a colonoscopy. ?. Anyone have any suggestions that will help with the taste. I've read people use coffee but I don't drink coffee.
Please Help!! ?
Hello everyone! I'm a little early for my 4th month update ( it's not until the 19th) but I got on the scale this morning and I'm 199lbs!?? I was shocked! I thought It was wrong and kept stepping on and off because I handn't seen under 200 in ages! Yay so happy I just had to share!
I have a desk job so I took two weeks off, but I could have went back after 1 week

Some people take a week, most take two. Others take a lot more time off. I was fine to go back in a week.
