Have you considered simple herbal teas? Fuzzy peach or whatever its called from celestial seasonings is quite good cold and I've enjoyed a few others as well. Some of the hibiscus teas like red zinger are tasty. I am not pregnant but I avoid artificial sweeteners completely and get bored with water too so I drink a lot of hot and cold de-caf teas.
It really is maddening to find straight answers out there. The stuff I've read runs the gamut from "it's perfectly safe in moderation and there's no evidence that it will harm you or the baby" (http://en.allexperts.com/q/ObGyn-Pregnancy-issues-1007/Freak ing-aspartame.htm, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2862125) to "even one diet soda will make you sterile and if you're lucky to get pregnant at all, you'll end up with a dead or severely brain-damaged child." FANTASTIC.
