37 weeks and 5 days!

It is so not fair that I am having contractions that are not changing my uterus and in the end am having a c-section anyway.  The rule is now that they won't deliver by c-section before 39 weeks.  They concider 37 weeks full term but yet they won't take the baby before 37 weeks.  I am miserable!  Thanks for listening.  God bless, Penni

 I know you are so miserable, but try and hang in there. Those contractions may not be doing anything right now, but they will and it can happen fast. Hopefully you get to meet your little one before too long.

I am so sorry you have to wait but at least its close. I know that does not help but a little longer. It seems a long way away for me but this is it for me so I love every day. I hope the baby cooperates for you. Good luck!!!

I feel for you!  I remember how miserable I was the last month of my pregnancy (1st pregnancy, pre-op).  I knew I was going to have a c-section due to a previous surgery for uterine fibroids.  My c was scheduled at 38.5 weeks, but I ended up having my ds at 37 weeks due to pre-eclampsia.
