IRON INFUSIONS!  Have they given you any in the past?  These are great and your medical team should not wait until your levels start to drop.

Have you tried carbonyl iron - sold as "Tender iron", "Perfect Iron" and such (iron should be taken with vit. C preferably on an empty stomach)

You should consult with FIRST your medical professionals, then with the amazingly knowledgable vitamin lady Michele
http://www.vitalady.com/   She has a distal RNYand knows all about us as altered WLS beings

Andrea U will probably respond.  She has alot of knowledge of vitamins too.

All the very best to you,
Leila

Well I had my labs and my iron levels are pretty much depleted.  The doctor will call me back on Monday with information on what kind of IV iron they're going to infuse and when I need to be there for it.

He was optomistic about my HCG levels though.  They more than doubled from Wednesday afternoon to Friday morning.   Yay!  Hang in there, baby!!   He said as of right now, everything seems to be on track.

How early did you guys find out you were pregnant and when did you start your infusions?
