Pregnancy makes you stupid!

Really, in the matter of a week I have-

Broken my toe on my bed frame

Today I sliced about a 1/2 an inch into my finger chopping onions for soup, I may need stitches tomorrow.  Finger tip is completely numb, bled for about a half hour.

I think I am soooo ready for this baby to come out!  Anyone wanna share their pregnancy brain stories so I don't feel so bad?  LOL

Well I broke my foot by sliding a table and a jar candle fell off of it onto my foot when I was NOT pregnant! lol

Fingers - yep really cut myself badly same thing, chopping onions. I was told if you can get it to stop bleeding and it is more like a "flap" then no need for stiches - from my dear friend that is an ER nurse.

Oh and I burned myself on the toaster oven at work - I reached in to see if my pizza was hot (like a dummy) and when it was (surprise! You had it in there for 5 minutes genius) I reacted and my hand hit the element on the top burning my finger (actually turning the skin black - yuck!!)

LOL feel better yet?!

yea it's like a "flap."  my moms a nurse and was on her way home, she took a look at it and said I prob wont need stitches, hurts like a beeotch though!!

O yummy burnt skin on the toaster over, NOT cool!  when do we get our brain cells back?  lolol!

See, that's just it .. You Don't Get Them Back .. Your infant, baby, toddler, child, pre-teen, teen continue to suck them out of you for the rest of your life!

I have most of my crazy moments while not pregnant also. Cut almost all the way through my finger with electric hedge clippers. Breaking toes every few months. I have burnt my fingers so much. Few weeks ago steam from my lamb burnt to where I had huge blisters for about 2 weeks. Then today steam again other hand and top of hand on the opposite hand LOL I have 3 kids though THAT is my excuse and sticking to it!!!

i've been making stupid mistakes at work! It is so frustrating ... and its simple things. I'm surprised I haven't been fired yet! I can't remember anything either. I have to write a sticky note for everything. I'm a property manager of two different apartment complexes...needless to say I have a lot of sticky notes! I'm glad I'm not breaking bones and cutting fingers though :-D Seems like I get more stupid by the day though. Don't feel bad...it can't last forever right?? They do eventually turn 18 lol

I know I've told this before...

My OB's office has a huge bathroom and you get the little cup on one side, write your name on it and then go pee in it.

Well I had to go....so I was doing the pee-pee dance, got my cup and wrote my name.  Then I booked it to the toilet and started peeing -- BUT I LEFT MY CUP ON THE COUNTER ACCROSS THE ROOM!

Trying to stop myself from peeing and hop accross the room I almost slipped in my own pee-pee drippings....*sigh*

I got enough pee in the cup for them to test.....and I cleaned up their floor for them. 

What a dumb thing to do!

Maybe you don't feel so bad now?  Although peeing on the floor at the OB doesn't hurt like slicing fingers or breaking toes....

LOL omg that is sooooo something i would do!!

I had an appointment with the eye doctor at 8am in the morning. I am so not a morning person and didn't want to have to get up that early, but I did and went in there, a half hour away. Gave them my name and I wasn't on their schedule, they looked up my name and apparently my appointment wasn't until the following week! I'm usually really good about remembering these things, not anymore!

ugh not a morning person either!  that would have made me so mad lol!

let's add that I just about 10 minutes ago poured boiling water from the stove over my non cut hand by accident when i was draining noodles.  i am banned from the kitchen.
