I woke up this morning, and my stomach is so sore, like I have been punched in the stomach or something. Is this just because the baby is growing or should I be worried?  Thanks

I think it's normal. So much is happening with your body right now in its preparation for baby. However, I would call just for 'peace of mind', otherwise you'll worry anyway.

Thanks, I will probably call, but I am thinking it's normal. I had all this stuff I wanted to get done today around the house, but I think I will take it easy for awhile, maybe later it will feel better.

Probably just your uterus stetching, and the muscles around it trying to accomodate your growing baby. Don't worry, but call just to be safe!

I'm 14 weeks and 4 days, and I've been really sore too.  I asked my doctor about it, and she said it's just the stretching with everything growing.  She told me it was best to lie down when I was feeling it, and if that didn't help to apply light heat to the area.  This is my first time around with this, so I worry about every little thing.  I'm trying to not worry as much, but it is hard.

I've finally started my new journey!!!!!!!!!!!

I get that a lot...like my belly muscles hurt.  It's just the growing.  And sometimes I get out of bed funny and I pull a muscle or something.
