what are your healthy high calorie snacks?

 Was curious what everyone is eating for a high calorie snack ? I  have not been much for keeping track of what I eat or take in I just kinda keep track of it in my head. I do not write anything down and for some reason just could not ever pick that up. I know bad thing for me to do...however could not be that bad if I lost 143lbs my first year !! I was losing weight still before I found out I was pregnant and so far I am maintaining my weight which is a good thing. My doctor put me on a thyroid pill cause my thyroid was overactive. Nervous about that cause thyroid meds make you gain weight from what I heard. Im just needing some ideas of some snacks that are good to snack on for pregnancy. Please give me some suggestions.

My go-to snacks at the moment are hummus and whole wheat pita chips, cheese and whole wheat crackers and cream cheese and whole wheat bagels.

protein and carbs, lots of healthy fats.

The healthy snacks I enjoy for the extra calories is:
~ Cheddar Cheese Sticks
~ Activia or Yoplait Yogurt (regular low fat and not the NON fat)  with Barenaked Granola ontop
~ Chunky Pace Picanti Sauce with Baked Tostitos
~ Goldfish
~ Belly-bars
~ Atkins protein bars (many different flavors I like)
~ Smoothie (Pineapple Surf made Skinny, which is with no added sugar) at Smoothie King
~ Occasionally and not very often due to fat content , but Spinach and Artichoke dip with wheat thins (YUMMY)...but I don't undulge in that too often
