Is it too early?

OK ladies,

As I sit here waiting on the doctor to call back, I am getting really nervous.  When I went to the bathroom this morning, there was blood on the TP.  Last night I was also very sick.......vomiting and diarrhea at the same time.

The baby is moving up a storm, and I have noticed the pelvic pressure in the last week with the dropping of the baby.  I haven't really felt any contractions, but have had some back pain.

I am 37 weeks......is it too early???

I want her to stay in as long as she needs too........

37 weeks is considered full term. Goodluck! 

It isn't too early but I doubt that the Dr will want to see you. The blood could mean that things are progressing though! Good Luck!

 37 weeks is officially full term so it's not too early in that respect.  The blood on the TP could just have been from the pressure from the vomitting/diarrhea that you had last night.  

I got sick just like that when I went into labor. I was in the bathroom, on the toilet, throwing up and bleeding all at the same time! It sucked! If she is planning on an appearance soon she is full term and she has been in there as long as she needs to. Keep us posted!

had my daughter at 37 weeks and she is just fine.

Had my son at 37 weeks... he was 6 lbs 7 oz and is now a healthy almost 3 yr old!

Hi all!

Jst back from the doctor.......I wasn't even dialated.  He looked at my cervix and said it was still posterior.  Then he doubled checked, which felt like he was using his whole fist, and said nope.....no dialation, but the babies head was down.

His predicition is a 40 week baby.....not coming before her due date.  I had not gained any weight and my blood pressure was down......from 187/127 last week to 112/87 this week.  So, stay off my feet as much as possible, and wait for her to be ready to come.

He said the blood was probably just some that had pooled behind my cervix and it came out this morning.  He wasn't worried at all........

Her NST, which I have to do every week, was perfect.

Thanks for all the support.....which I know I always get when  I post...it means a lot to have some place to go!!!
