Wishful thinking or could I be feeling something?

Lately I've been feeling some movement in my belly and I'm only 12 & 1/2 weeks . I can only feel this feeling periodically and it's usually when I'm lying on my back in bed, still and getting ready to fall asleep or just lounging. Almost like little flutters of movement. Can it be? Or am I'm wishful thinking? In my first pregnancy I didn't feel such things until about 6-7 months, but I hear because our abdominal walls thin after giving birth that your second child maybe felt much earlier, but this early? Just curious as to what I might be feeling moving around in there.

I sewar I felt a flutter about then. Didn't feel anything regularly until about two months ago. It's my first so I really don't know.

Haven't managed to stay pg long enough in a 2nd pregnancy to attest for myself, but I have heard that many women do feel the baby moving quite a bit earlier than first pregnancies...so I'd hazard a guess it is possible?

I have asked a few friends this question and they have said yes it is possible to feel little flutters. And I seen this post the other day and thought wow..Well guess what I just felt my baby move for the first time it kind felt like a muscle spasm going on in my belly area. Kinda tickled a little bit. I am 13 weeks pregnant and first time I felt that.

I am almost 16 weeks with the 3rd, and I am still waiting to feel anything. I get the occasional feeling of something moving, but I think it is my bowels. it feels like a tap on them. Not quite sure that is the baby though.
