The baby move for the first time today!! I was just sitting on the couch relaxin and all of  a sudden i felt what I would call muscle spasm on my lower left side of my belly area and it was so weird feeling and it tickled. Could that be the baby moving?

Usually the first movements feel like butterflies in your stomach, I think you have to be a little further along though. Could have been a muscle spasm.

I decided to google the baby movements at 13 weeks and I have checked out a few sites whether they are bias or non bias they have said you could feel baby kicks as early as 13 weeks. But not normally til your 16th or 22nd week tho.

Queen Dee, I had the same feelings lately and I talked to my doctor about it and she stated that was definitely baby movement. Women who have been pregnant before usually get these early "flutters" , as our abdominal walls thin after giving birth the first time. The baby is not big enough to feel when you're moving around, but it is big enough to feel from time to time if you're perfectly still and in tuned to your body. Heck, I can feel food that weigh much less going down I can feel a 2 and 1/2 inch person in my belly. especially if you have thin ab walls. Well great to hear!!!!

I would definitely agree that you probably felt the baby.  I was between 14-16 weeks when I felt it at first....it took longer for anyone else to feel the baby move!!

Could be!  I just felt mine at 16 weeks, but some people can feel their baby earlier than that!  I can only feel mine when I'm in bed being still.
