This e-mail is to inform you that there has been a change in the custody status of the offender CHERI BUSHMCCLELLAND. This offender has been released from physical custody and has entered a work release program at the following facility in District 6: Gerald R. Hinzman Residential Center as of 8/30/2010. This is a community-based program operated by the Department of Correctional Services. While on work release, the offender will be working in the community and will not be under constant correctional supervision.

As long as it's on clean up duty - or some such less desirable job - when they're sick from their chemo...They don't deserve to have slime like her around them. She does deserve it...they don't.

I can't believe the kids of people who are released to work release. Then they just "walk away" while they're "working." Cheri is some kind of piece of work! I agree with Samara. She should have to work with cancer patients. She sucks.

Wow, I thought only the Lindsey Lohans and Hiltons of the world got that kind of pass. Ms. Cheri is pretty charming though. I am sure she got herself out of that one.

It's nice that they can release her to a work program when she's a flight risk. She ran from the cops in the first place! There sure are some smart people at work there (sense the sarcasm?)

Does not surprise me I guess, she was such a great BS'er her- she probably has acted like a "model citizen" she will NEVER do the amount of time they originally stated. Watch she will be out on probation this time next year!
