28 week appointment tomorrow :)

Well, I was completely off in my putting my appointment in my calender as Thursday the 16th, but it turns out tomorrow first thing in the morning is my 28 week appointment. I get so excited the night before knowing I'm going to get to go and record the sound of his little heart beating away and then I forward it on to my loved ones and play it back for the girls when they get home from school. The only dreaded part to the appointment is my bloodwork...I'm PETRIFIED of needles and my BP always goes up slightly when I know it's a bloodwork appointment. UGH! I would have thought it would be much easier by now, but needles are definitely by far my weakness!!

On another note for this fun filled week- we're going on Thursday afternoon to Prenatal Peek for our 3D/4D scan appointment. I'm beyond excited and anxious to see his cute little face!! :) We haven't told any of our family members that we're going and for Christmas we're planning on giving his mom and dad and my mom and dad a framed picture from the appointment.

Also, next week...Tuesday to be exact...we will be packing up and making a 10 hour drive up North to PA! I'm so so anxious for this as well as I've been dying to see my family. So, I may post a few more times before then, but after that it won't be til we get home that I will be back on the boards, so I just wanted to say...

Sounds like you have a busy few weeks! Thats all great and you will do fine. I dont like needles either but they never get mine on first try. Last time took 4 tries for one tube. Sucks I have baby veins. They have to use baby needles. But then I have to take a blood thinner shot every night and so I guess I am getting used to them lol. You can do it!!

I'm so glad I'm going to try to keep myself as busy as possible cus I swear these last 4 weeks have just drug on by. I'm thankful that I have huge, throbbing veins and it usually takes just one poke, but ouchies! I'm such a baby myself HAHA!

We are headed to SW PA in the Pittsburgh area. I was born here, but grew up in that area. We're hopefully relocating back to that area this coming summer too...I'm having BIG time mommy withdrawals. This baby will be the first grandchild for my mom and dad and the first great grandchild for my dad's parents...who all live up there, so I'm hoping we can make it work and get to live there starting next year :)
