Ultrasound Help

I don't drink caffeine at all and don't drink anything carbonated, so won't be going with the red bull, but I'll drink lots of water and bring some peanut m&m's..thanks again for everyone's responses :-)  I'll post tomorrow about how it goes :-)

So excited for you!! Drinking enough, and holding it before is tough but worth the pictures you can get from it. Much clearer!

That is the tough part for sure, not peeing all over yourself, LOL!  I'm gonna tough it out though for sure ;-)  Thanks for your encouragement!!!

Every time I drink Really ice cold water, it gets my little guy moving like he is a running back! It is the healthiest selection out there, and it works for my anatomy scan, and the others as well. I guess the coldness gets them moving.

I didn't do anything special... I just took in a bottle of water and I had eaten lunch about an hour before my appointment. The ultrasound tech usually knows how to manipulate your belly to get the baby to move.

Hi there, I had  a gender ultrasound last week - I am a few days behind you. I didn't drink or do anything special, which is what he told me to do. - My baby was a bit sleepy but he gently prodded him to get him moving.
