help me please!
Hi hon, I'm feeling your pain and I like some of the suggestions. I'm 7 months out and now 12 weeks preggers.......I still am not tolerating fruits and vegetables very well, so here's what I've been doing.
Every morning for breakfast and sometimes as a snack, I have a half cup of cereal with a whole cup of milk...Kashi Autumn Wheat (I've tried Cheerios, but I'm not able to tolerate them). For protein, I eat whatever I feel like won't make me barf...sometimes that's chicken tikka masala (with a little rice for added carbs) or spaghetti (more meat than noodles) or chicken noodle soup. I snack on cheese and crackers, yogurt, sometimes chips....and get this....baby food. Yup, I snack on baby food bananas, peas, carrots, oatmeal and blueberries (the ones with DHA in them), etc. It's not much, but it's more than what I was getting before. I also eat mashed potatoes to get in carbs. I've also found that when I am craving something sweet (and I am more sensitive to sugar now than before), I make SF french toast with whole wheat bread and SF syrup. That gives you some protein from the egg and carbs from the bread. It goes down pretty well, but I stay away from the edges because they are a little tougher to process. I can eat one slice if I spend about 45 minutes on it.
Well, that's all I can think of for now. Good luck to you and please share any ideas you discover. :)

I noticed one of the posters above said that you absolutely hate protein shakes. I hated them too. I'm not preggo. But if you do try going the protein shake way, try getting chocolate protein mix and add milk, banana, a little scoop of peanut butter and some ice (or use frozen fruit) to it and put in a blender. I got to LOVE my protein shakes when I did that. Any time you add fruit to the protein shake and put in a blender, it's like a yummy smoothie!
